City awards $200,000 in grants to fund Northgate storefront improvements
“I am thrilled to be helping our Northgate Boulevard small business owners with beautification of storefronts,” said Mayor Pro Tem Karina Talamantes, who represents District 3. “Small businesses make up the heart and soul of South Natomas and helping them improve their exterior façades will catalyze many other community benefits such as attracting more visitors to come shop and dine.”
