Talamantes, who first announced the new Topgolf location earlier this month, wrote it will expect about 250,000 visitors per year. She said on her Facebook page Wednesday it will feature two stories and 60 hitting bays. Roughly 100 residents visited the open house on Wednesday, Talamantes wrote, with many having questions about traffic. “So we want to share that it’s expected to generate just 130 trips per hour, much less than a typical grocery store of similar size,” she said.
