City, community partners planning Taco Plaza outdoor market on Northgate Boulevard

Several street vendors along the Northgate Boulevard corridor can typically be seen on a particular corner on any given Friday and Saturday night. The gathering is largely informal, but an effort is underway to make the site a permanent outdoor market.
