New Topgolf Venue to Tee Up Economic Growth and Jobs in Sacramento's South Natomas
Plans are in motion for a new Topgolf venue in Sacramento's South Natomas neighborhood, a move that could bring economic growth and jobs to the area. Sacramento City Councilmember Karina Talamantes, representing the district, announced this development. In a statement obtained by Sacramento Business Journal, Talamantes expressed her enthusiasm about the project, "This new 58,000-square-foot venue will generate 250+ new jobs and contribute approximately 15 million dollars in economic growth to our community."
Details on the precise location or timeline for opening the Topgolf site in Natomas have not yet been disclosed. However, in an interview, Talamantes cited the area's population, economic demographics, diversity, and growth as key factors making it a fitting choice for Topgolf. According to a FOX40 report, the venue will span two stories with 80 bays and aims to draw a quarter-million visitors annually. This will mark Topgolf's second location in the Sacramento region, complementing the existing Roseville site.
